“I believe the best coaching doesn't give people the answers. It creates the space to think more clearly, make more intentional decisions and build ways of working that genuinely fit the life they want to lead.”
About me…
Choosing a coach or consultant is a personal decision.
Qualifications and experience matter, but so do values, personality and the way someone makes you feel in conversation.
So rather than giving you a long list of achievements, I thought I'd share a few of the experiences, beliefs and values that have shaped how I think, how I work and why I care so deeply about what I do.
If, after reading this, you think we might be a good fit, I'd love to have a conversation.
-
I'm passionate about helping people and organisations create ways of working that are both successful and sustainable. My work started long before flexible working became my focus, but experiencing it from every perspective gave me a new appreciation of how much better our conversations about work could be. Today, I work with individuals, leaders and organisations to create those conversations.
-
Alongside coaching, I bring more than 15 years' experience across HR, leadership, talent and organisational development. I've led teams, developed leaders, supported restructures, facilitated leadership programmes and helped organisations navigate complex change. I understand both the commercial realities organisations face and the human impact those decisions have on people.
-
People often describe me as thoughtful, grounded and quietly challenging. I create spaces where people feel safe enough to be honest, while asking the questions that help them see things differently. My approach combines empathy with practical challenge, because insight only matters if it leads to action.
-
I've experienced burnout. I've wrestled with guilt. I've returned to work after each of my three children in different ways and learnt that creating balance isn't about doing everything — it's about making conscious choices.
Those experiences haven't made me an expert in someone else's life.
But they have made me deeply curious, compassionate and committed to helping others find their own path. -
Outside work you'll usually find me around a table with family or friends, cooking, sharing good food and a glass of wine. I love long walks, outdoor swimming and travelling whenever I can. My Greek-Cypriot heritage has taught me the importance of connection, generosity and bringing people together — values that shape both my life and my work.
