About me

I work with individuals and leaders navigating change, transition and growth across work and life — often at moments when something needs to shift, even if it can’t yet be put into words.

I coach the person, not the problem, which means my work isn’t limited by topic. Instead, I focus on what’s really going on beneath the surface and what will make the most meaningful difference. My coaching is non-judgemental, supportive and collaborative. I walk alongside people on their journey, recognising that every path is different, and I see it as a privilege to do this work.

I create a space that is both safe and thoughtfully challenging, supporting people to deepen self-awareness, uncover their own ways of being, and translate insight into practical, lasting change. I believe people already have everything they need to move forward — my role is to partner with them to unlock it through careful listening, thoughtful challenge and structured conversation that brings clarity and momentum.

Alongside my coaching practice, I bring over 15 years’ experience in leadership, talent and performance within corporate and organisational contexts, as well as nine years’ coaching experience. I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Human Resources Management, and I am an ICF-accredited (ACC) executive and organisational coach. I have led teams myself and worked across start-ups, multinationals, professional services, technology and the charity sector, giving me a grounded understanding of the realities and pressures of leadership today.

I work with individuals, leaders and organisations through 1:1 coaching, group and team coaching, leadership and soft-skills facilitation, and consultancy work. My experience includes team effectiveness, the use of psychometric tools, and supporting senior leaders through complex change, international transformation and the development of high-performing, engaged teams.

As a working parent of three, I am a strong advocate for flexible and part-time working and regularly support women navigating identity, confidence and career transitions following parenthood. At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to people thriving — in their roles, their organisations and their lives.

What people say

Feedback from people I’ve worked with.

“The creation of a non-judgemental space to work through my anxieties and confusion was something I hadn’t experienced before and found extremely valuable. The coaching challenged my perceptions of my own ability and helped me reach clearer, more grounded conclusions about my leadership and career development.”

Rob W., Technology Director

“Coaching wasn’t always comfortable for me, but I consistently felt held in a safe and supportive environment. The process gently challenged me and helped me explore things I’m still reflecting on. I feel better equipped to manage what comes next, with greater confidence and clarity, because of the way Rosanna guided and supported me throughout.”

Fiona K., Global Director

“Rosanna was an absolute pleasure to work with — professional, personable and conscientious. Her approach is thoughtful and thorough: listening carefully to leaders’ needs, using appropriate data, designing considered interventions and following through until meaningful change is achieved. I would highly recommend working with Rosanna.”
