I build strong relationships with those I work with, listening deeply to what is really going on for them and what they are working towards.

I am empathetic and supportive, while also offering appropriate challenge — holding space while inviting new perspectives, questioning assumptions and expanding what feels possible. I help leaders lead in more genuine and impactful ways, aligned with who they are rather than who they feel they should be.

I am passionate about ongoing self-awareness and growth, and I bring that same curiosity and care into every coaching relationship and piece of work. My work is values-led, human and practical, supporting people to move forward with clarity, confidence and intention.
